The stunning 200m high tower forms the centrepiece of the Quay Quarter Sydney precinct, set to revitalise Circular Quay.
Featuring 90,000 sqm of premium office space, the building’s stacked and rotating forms are specifically designed to optimise harbour views, with a glass atrium cutting through most of the building to maximise light and thermal comfort.
Integrated sunshades
The crown roof features unitised aluminium cladding cassettes with attached sunshades, interlocking and draining to a purpose-built 200 lineal metre perimeter gutter system.
High-performance glass
The unitised curtain wall incorporates selective vertical, horizontal and inclined shading features, targeting 6-star Green Star and 5.5 Star NABERS ratings.
Bespoke steelwork
The lobby façade uses slender steel columns to increase natural light in the main entry and pedestrian thoroughfare areas of the building.
